Where can i buy a motorola rokr e8 without a plan?

i really want this phone but everywhere i look i have to have the plan.

i already have a plan but i want the phone....

I ordered this phone last week (Aug 12) and recieved it 6 days later (Aug 18).  As of right now, this is the best phone I've ever used.  This website will probably be your best choice.  Other than that, you can try Craigslist.
