  1. Ideally you shouldn't just buy one. You want one that is moulded to the exact shape of your mouth otherwise you will deform your teeth.

Any local dentist will take an impression of your mouth and supply you with a correctly fitting one.

  2. sports shop, gumshield

  3. I have this problem. I went to Boots and it cost me £22.95.

Well worth it, though. I was experiencing a lot of pain from TMJ and within days of wearing the mouthguard, the pain disappeared.

Be sure you follow the instructions and you mould the mouthguard to your mouth (all it takes is warm water and a few seconds).

Don't worry about the cost - £22.95 is worth it for a comfortable mouth!

  4. you can also get one at the orthodontist or some dentist's offices sell them.

  5. Most pharmacies have them.

  6. i made my own mouth guard, for free! check and see if you can get a free cleaning at a dental assisting school in your area, and maybe while your there ask them if you can also get a mouth guard made.

just know that they'll have to take an impression of your mouth ( as nasty as that is) in order to make a fitted mouth guard.

get a mouth guard fast because if you have bruxism you'll wear away those teeth!

  7. Go to the dentist.  They will have one fitted for your mouth.  My husband needed one.  They charged him $40 bucks for it.

  8. You could simply ask your dentist about it..

he/she might know what to do with it..

    goodluck with that,,!

  9. Sports shops sell mouth guards (gum shields) for boxers.
