Try getting one off of eBay, make sure it says "Without Contract" though, or they'll give you a phone already under a contract!

Go to TMobile.com and any phone you want is there.Only catch with these cell phone company is you can buy a phone ONLY at the full retail price. The discount only come with buying a calling plan.
