Where can i buy a nice scrapbook from?

I want to start doing a scrapbook and wondering where to buy it from in the Uk? Do they come with paper/card inside? Or do you have to put it yourself. I have seen a few on Ebay but dont know what they contain. Any help?

you can go to target and walmarts they have some nice things there or go to micheal.
