You definitely want to buy from an online breeder and they

are shipped overnight. Big chain pet stores most often do not care for their reptiles correctly. We can direct you to some great breeders if you let us know what you are looking for. DO NOT CATCH THEM OUT OF THE WILD. That is wrong and dangerous for both you and your reptile. Mom and pop pet stores sometimes do care for them, and I buy from them sometimes, but do research to make sure u know how they are supposed to behave and look.

Lizards can not be a pet, thus I suggest to save your money and pick up one on your own from any wild area nearby, preferable to be a baby lizard so it feels belonging to you along her life, it will be kinda tiring, but a good experience.

Somebody who specializes in reptiles, not those local stores who sell lots of different animals.

I wouldn't recommend buying one online as sometimes during the delivering time they can be left without food or water and most of the time die.

Your local petstore but it depends on what lizard you are getting. I wouldnt really reccomend local petstores or petsmart or petco but I would recomend breeders or online breeders. Good luck

I suggest you do some more research before getting one.
