well, I suppose it depends on what kind of pipe for what kind of smoking..  but almost ever smoke shop has a variety of pipes for smoking.

If you are asking "where to buy a pipe," you most likely have not decided whether you will actually enjoy it.  Why not pick up a cheapy  at an Osco, Walgreens,  or  Wally world, then select a couple of tobaccos for a trial run.  Those minor blisters on the tongue will take a bit to get used to so if your serious about it, give it several weeks.

Any good tobacco shop should have a quality pipe for enjoying pipe tobacco.   Also there are some good e-tailers that have good pipes for good prices.
