Where can i buy a stick of bamboo?

Question

Im redoing my finished basement and for one of the poles i want to put a stick of bamboo around it. The bamboo stick would need to be about 4.5-5" in diameter though. Does anyone know of a PREFERABLEY only place where i could go about buying one?

Look at the garden Centre ,Home Depot had some ,  you could also find wall paper with a bamboo  pattern if you look in the books , it looks real and aside from that it wont collect dust .

Walmart!!  We have a bamboo trim in both our living room and kitchen, with some bamboo accents in various places in our house.  Because Walmart has such a good price on bamboo, my husband buys them out whenever they get it in (we live in a small community and bamboo isn't commonly restocked at our Walmart)!  In the past when my husband has wanted bamboo and Walmart has been sold out, he has purchased it at Pier 1, but it is MUCH more expensive.  And by the way, the bamboo we got from Walmart is great quality, it's been up in our living room for years with no problems!  I hope this is helpful!
