  1. I like Craig's list and E Bay for used tack.

  2. the want ads.

  3. woah hold on there. how would you know if it fit? get a professional to help you or atleast a very experienced person. you cannot just buy a saddle and throw it on a horse. so many problems can arise...lameness, rubs on the withers, pain and discomfort for the horse, and much more. Go to your local tack shop and im sure someoen will help you fit your horse. some of them are so good that they can judge with a picture of the horse. sorry i just burst out with that but it really gets me worked up when saddles dont fit properly. it is so bad for the horse. the average saddle size for a woman rider is 17 or 17.5 inch. but i would also ask a professional or friend to measure you for a saddle (its something you cant figure out online because we dont know your size, hieght, etc) anyway here are some great places to buy tack!

    craigslist.org

    tacktrader.com

    horsetopia.com

    ebay.com

    good luck!

  4. Craigslist.com is a great place to search for almost anything there is and it can be very very cheap/good deals!

Hope I helped and good luck finding a nice saddle for cheap!

    Guarentee you will eventually!

Get a saddle fitter to come out to measure you and your horse. It can cost up to $100 though but worth it to make you and your horse as comfy as possible!

  5. Craigs List or Ebay

  6. I have had some pretty good luck for used and new saddles and tack on ebay.

  7. just want to add that if you take your horse to the saddle place to try it on, you can tell when the saddle's on if it fits... that way you dont have to pay someone

  8. As others have answered, Craigslist is great. Good prices for all kinds of second hand stuff.

You can also try ebay, horsetopia, tradingpost, horseland or the websites of any horsey shops in your area.

You need to have the saddle professionally fitted. Usually you can get someone to come out and give you your horses measurements, then you can look around for saddles with those measurements.

    Good luck! =)

  9. craigslist.com.

    It's GREAT!!!
