Where can i buy a walf fish ( not wolf cichlid) in the UK around south East as I live in Kent.?

Wolf fish/tiger tetras (Hoplias malabaricus) will probably need to be specially ordered by your nearest independant aquatics store, they're not something that they'd have usually sitting about in their tanks, as it would need a whole tank to itself and may be there a while, not practical.

Remember wolf fish need to be best kept alone in a species tank. And true Gars, even the smaller varieties, need 350 US gallons minimum. There are gar-like fish that are smaller such as the needlenose gar (not a true gar) which only gets to about 13"-15". Or the much smaller Halfbeaks which only get to 3".
