Where can i buy an espresso machine or French press and quality coffeee beans?

The answer to "quality coffee beans" is really a matter of taste and how much you're willing to spend.  Starbucks, Gevalia, Illy, and others all have easy to use online stores.  

If you're looking for something more exotic, I'd recommend going out to your local coffee shop and having some different beans ground up for you to taste test.

As for espresso machines and french presses, there are a bunch of different places online to purchase these.  Where2BuyStuff.com has a pretty good buying guide for where to find espresso machines at various prices and levels of complexity.  Also, CoffeeGeek has pretty good in depth reviews of individual machines if you're looking for something less automatic.

i respectively disagree with Kenny

it is very much worth your while getting decent coffee, regardless of you method of preparation

i'm not sure what your location is, but you should be able to buy a french press pretty much anywhere

up to you, but i would strongly recommend that you try a Swissgold filter as an alternative method of preparation that i think gives a much better taste in the cup, is cheaper, is permanent & is much easier to clean

I'd reccomend you not waste good coffee beans in a French press.
