You could get them at walmart and drug stores. They're called eyebrow razors where I'm from.  However, no one, and I really mean no one should use them.  They're really bad for the skin and actually make your eyebrows appear thicker when the hair grows back.  Oh and the hair would end up growing back much faster than usual.  Not cool  My friend used to love these and now she has razor bumps around her eyebrows.  Just tweeze it.
