Where can i buy an interantional air ticket that?

is one way, with no restrictions, such as dates, times, etc, except for the perosn'd name and destination, it's for a court ordered situation. I need it bu monday 7/7/08.

You will probably pay WAY more than usual. Airline companies usually sell you the RT cheaper than the 1-way.

If you go directly to the airline's website you will be able to buy the ticket w/o restrictions. I don't suggest expedia, travelocity, etc because these are third party vendors and those tickets usually carry all types of restrictions (ex. you will loose your ticket if you don't fly out on that date).

www.delta.com

It all depends where you are flying to but usually AA flies everywhere. Make sure you search for one way without restrictions!

If heard of 1-way tickets..(try expedia.com), but you cant show up and expect to get on a plane thats already booked full.

For something like this you are much better off working with a travel agent.
