Your best bet is to check the yellow pages for independent businesses in your area. Most of the big box stores will install. But they usually don't do the best job or have the best products.

the best thig you can do is look and ask around and go to a local car audio shop and have them install a system for you just like everyone else said dont go to best buy or curcuit city

Find a pro audio shop who specializes is car audio and installs.  Forget the Best Buys and Circuit Citys.  The most inexpensive route, however, is researching what is good and buying on Ebay, Etronics, or similar reasonably priced stores.
