Good choice on wanting to get blue mascara btw cause blue on the eyes makes your eye's POP and i love my blue mascara..

I got mine at target and it was cheap, its cobalt blue and its from N.Y.C so you should get that one, it's probably the cheapest you'll get it..

If you want to stick to drugstore (most of them aren't very pigmented) try Max Factor's new line of colored mascaras. But for more dramatic color and a little more money hit your latest Sephora. Clarin's makes a great Wondermint mascara. Try urban decay if you want blue.

You can find blue mascara at almost any pharmacy or drug store where they sell makeup- or online. Depending on where you live. It might be more easy to find in larger communities. :D  Or what you can do is buy the maybelline xxl mascara which has a white/ and black mascara- get some blue eyeshadow... mix it with the white- and you have yourself some homemade mascara!!

shiseido has a great range of colored mascaras, and its a very high quality brand so im sure theyll have something youll like :)
