you can't many chemical are now banned from public sale due to the security risk. you only option is to use a propriety (commercial product) thats closes and thats Nail varnish remover (Acetone).

even Iso Propyl Alcohol and citric acid are not possible to buy anymore. so no cleaning electronics or descaling kettles on the cheap!
