Where can i buy cheap 2.5" IDE HD ?

Question

I busted my 2.5" HD for my laptop (IDE connection) and i need a replacement. Everywhere i look to buy i find the cheapest at £40 or so.

Anyone know where i can find a IDE 2.5" HD for my laptop, cheap???

Size = big enough for XP + Office, and a few songs (20-30gb)

Well, since you appear to be in the UK (based on the "£40 or so" statement), I don't know how much this will help.

Try eBay (http://www.ebay.com) or perhaps PriceWatch (http://www.pricewatch.com). I'm not sure if PriceWatch stores/sellers ship to the UK, but they might.

BTW, keep in mind that oftentimes buying a larger HDD is cheaper than buying a smaller one. Market pricing is, of course, driven by supply and demand, and most popular.
