Where can i buy cheap low carb food?

i am on a low carb diet to lose weight and have been ordering food from the internet but it is expensive and wondered if anyone knows anywhere i can buy it in central scotland around Falkirk area?

why would you order it online.  Simple go to the store and purchase eggs/fish/meat/green vegetables.  Avoid bread, pasta, etc.  Use the internet to search for low carb recipies.  Good luck.
