Where can i buy cheap plants in paris?

Go to Metro Pont Neuf, and walk along the Seine (Quai de la Megisserie) heading east.  All along this road are flower, plant and garden shops, as well as pet stores.  You should have good luck finding anything you need.

Also, check out some of the local marches, listed at the link below.

Most of them will have a few fleuristes selling small plants and flowers.

Noodle,

Right next to Notre Dam Cathedral is this cool open air market open on weekends that has all kinds of garden stuff.  I bought a bird feeder and bird house there.
