Where can i buy cheap region B blu ray discs?

JB lists them at 40aud each. That's pretty expensive. Do you guys know where to get region B for cheaper? Thanks.

Region A discs are so much cheaper but I can't play them.

  1. I can't help with where to buy, but some comments:

    - Only some Blu-ray disks have implemented region coding ( see link for a list) so you may be able to buy some region free disks locally or import from US sites (e.g. Amazon).

    - Any DVD HD will remove region coding

    - Region free Blu-ray players are starting to appear.


  2. Sadly the price of the players and the disks are going to go up.

    Sony now has to pay Warner and others the money they promised if they would go BluRay exclusive so prices are going up, not down.
