I feel as though it cheaper shipping cigarettes from europe.... but can this be bought online??

A few years ago a company was selling 'death' brand cigarettes from belguim, the matter went to court with the gov arguing that they were evading duties and the plaintiff arguing that europe was free now. The gov won, net result you cannot import cigarrettes legally in this way without paying the relevant duty. This ended the mail order cigarette business.
