There's kind of a 2-sided answer to this. Any Aloe Vera from a good quality company (which you can buy from most health food stores) will use some sort of cold or minimal heat pressing... but with Aloe Vera juice, you don't want to get one with no heat processing.

The reason is that if you don't use some lower-level heat (but still some heat), the natural enzymes in the Aloe will essentially eat themselves to uselessness. In other words, if they don't use some heat to kill off some of the enzymes, the Aloe will be almost pointless to take after a couple weeks because it will eat itself.
