Where can i buy corrugated plastic?

Looking to make some yard sale signs with corrugated plastic. Is there anywhere I can buy sheets of it and those metal things that stick in the ground? I don't really want to get vinyl signs made, rather just use a sharpie!

Just use normal corrugated board and cover it with clear plastic rap.  it only has to last a couple of days.

Those seem to be everywhere lately.

If anyone has some old political signs those might work.
