Where can i buy cotton thread?

Where do i buy cotton thread at? Can i go to like a walgreens or somewhere like that or do i have to go to Joaans craft store place! i dont wanna buy any cotton thread online. So please does anyone know where i can buy cotton thread like a thrift store or something?

Go to any department store where they sell dressmaking fabrics?haberdashery goods.

well i won't swear that all thread is cotton, but you can usually find a set of thread cheap at the grocery store, dollar store, drug store, target, etc... probably even the 7-11 as an emergency sewing kit.

i can't imagine it's that hard to find, but, it's been a while since i looked for thread.

Sometimes the drugstore will have some, not many colors but your basic black and white.  Other than that try a fabric or craft store.

If you go to a quilter's shop or to Target, or any large chain store you should be able to get it there.  Be Careful to buy Cotton thread and not polyester thread.

You may be able to find thread at Walgreens, but I would suggest that you go to Joanns or a craft store for a better choice.
