I recently went to a restaurant called Shokolad, which is Ukranian and located in the Ukranian Village/Humboldt Park area and means chocolate in Ukranian (2524 W. Chicago).  I had 3 crepe plates which I shared with a friend.  Two were sweet, Nutella and banana and berries with sweet cheese.  We also had one savory crepe that had mushrooms and spinach.  All were very good.  Here is a review in Metromix:

i'd definitely recommend La Creperie. Try one with Nutella (although I'm sure you already tried that in Paris; French people love their Nutella, with good reason!) I also love the one with cheese & broccoli, if you want something savory.

I'm sure when you ordered them on the menu, it said CREPES.  I suppose THEY were very good.  I went to Paris and unfortunately the crepes here are not as good.  Even in a fine French restaurant.  Looks like I'll need to return to France.
