Where can i buy curtains like this?

I' ve been looking in a lot of stores for curtains, but i can't find the style that i want. I want something like this. Any suggestions of good stores?

Those are custom made drapes. I believe the swoop is called a swag. Eddie Z's blinds and draperies.
