Actually, ice is made up of liquid. Liquid is turned to solid by means of freezing. If there is no liquid to be freezed, there is no ice to be made. So, there are no dry ice.

Most grocery stores like Albertsons have it here is the US. Not sure if that applies to Canada.

yellow pages, or... how much you need? you can get a bottle of Co2 gas, they sell a device to make dry ice out of pressurized gas.

Dry ice is sold at ice stores. Check your Yellow Pages for ice sales and call your local one for dry ice.
