If you mean to buy pure ethanol (E100), it generally isn't available at the pump.  It is usually sold in 5 gallon jugs or 55 gallon barrels.  You might be able to find E100 at some racing track filling stations.  That's filling stations at racing tracks for the race cars.  Of course, if you had a pure-ethanol vehicle, you probably would already have known where to get the fuel.

BTW, E10 (10% ethanol) is probably being sold all over Atlanta at this time due to air regulations.
