Sparkalers and roman candles dont cost much... though they do suck. You can get them at any store that sells fireworks... did I mention they suck?

look at the stands around ur neighborhood..they will always have sales and for 20$ bucks u will probly get a good amount of fireworks

this would be hard to order considering they dont ship explosives in the mail.  I dont think.  Why dont you stop being a cheepo and put some money on it.  Go to an indian reservation.  They always got good stuff.
