  1. Try craft stores like Michael's or Joann's Crafts... they carry a thin foam sheet, in all kinds of colors, but I haven't noticed any that are thick like the kind of letters you pictured.

  2. you can get them in most craft stores or school supply stores

  3. I've been working with kids for ages. The key is to catch their attention. They absolutely love art and crafts activities. I used to replace the sand in the sand tray with coloured rice or dried pasta. There's cornflour dough as well (just cornflour and water) that makes an absolutely amazing texture when you place it on trays. You can write in it or pour it, etc. If you want to get a few kids together to do a big painting project together, try to get them to paint a huge rainbow on a big piece or paper. They also love songs and rhymes with actions and stories read with lots of passion! It's also quite interesting to

put well known equipment in new places, i.e. drawing outside ( you can try rubbing surfaces on papers with wax crayons), using cardbooard boxes to build things with, etc.

One of the most interesting activities I ever did was to give kids cheap throw away cameras for a day to take pictures of whatever they wanted. We got them developed and made a huge display. it turned out really well and the kids loved it.

    Good luck!

  4. Any teacher supply store should carry this.  Try "Teacher's Tools".

  5. I think you can get some from Office Max or Micheals. If it doesn't have 2 b foam you could get the flimsy  boards and they come in different colors.
