I need running shoes and running shorts,shirts,sweet pants,ect... for high school cross country please help

eastbay.com usuallly has some good spikes at decent prices.  If your from around my area we have a store called "Second Sole" and they have experts there that help out and they have good prices.

Believe it or not, d**k's Sporting goods.   I have tried and tested Asics running shoes and they all feel the same but the older ones are now coming down to around $40 and they last forever.  I have never ran in a more comfortable shoe.

If you have Big 5 store in your area, they have great prices on running shoes, running outfits. Great deals on New Balances, Reeboks..ect. Thats where i would purchace my stuff for track. Nextag.com and eastbay.com have great variety on spike long distance shoes and clothing
