commit a felony and you will get your wish.  of if you don't want that route you can always find some place online, you could always try ebay.  But don't get the ones that you won't be able to get out of easily in case something goes wrong.

if your into kinky s*x games I have a couple sites to get that kind of gear. if you want to end up in jail for real figure its d**n easy to commit yourself a crime. couple yahoo and google groups I know about on the subject but none that are real active.

Any Police supply outfit sells these. It is legal for anyone to buy and own. One poster gave a link to Gall's, which is an excellent source, but I will give you another that can be considerably cheaper for you since this is personal and you arent carrying for the job.

Go on eBay, type in "handcuffs" in the search box and you will have dozens of used and new cuffs come up which should cost you considerably less than Galls.

sometimes the Military Surplus stores have some handcuffs. ive seen some handcuffs made by Peerless handcuff co. at Costco which i thought was strange but Peerless is a good brand.
