I agree with the party supply places, but if they do not have them you can always order online  :)  Ebay has quite a few even.

Your best bet is to keep your eyes open in the Malls.

I've seen them at places like The Sunglass Hut, and other kiosks that are only at certain malls.

Also - A really good place to check, since they deal with specialty items like this are:  Claire's and all the other accessory stores, but try Claire's first, definitely!  I'm sure I've seen them there..:)
