Various places. Tattoo parlors, head shops, E-bay, renaissance fairs, etc are all places I have seen it.

It is pretty inexpensive. Anywhere from a couple bucks for a premixed tube to 5 or 6 bucks for a bag of Henna powder.

You can get great henna here, I have fabulous results when I use their paste or even mix my own.
