Any indian store.  I bet that there are asian markets or indian stores if u live in a big city.  You can get some there for not a lot of money

You can usually but it in any art store around ex Micheals, and if you cant find it, just purchase it online. like ebay or any website that sells it.

I had a friend buy a kit from Michael's and they ended up throwing it away because it was so  old and didn't work.
