i want to wear my hair in beach waves for the first day of school

does anybody know where i can buy any good hot rollars. ones that arent to expensive, because im not going to wear my hair like that a lot because it takes a lot of time. so maybe ULTA or target or sallys? or do velcro rollers work just as good? any suggestions on what to buy? thanks!
