You can buy accessories such as cases and new USB leads and headphones ...

But internal items such as memory  a disk drives etc are NOT available to the public on authorised repairers.

so if you want a new dock cable you can buy it but if you need a new screed its not possible unless someone is selling a broken ipod for spares on ebay (then they are not new and could be broken too),

if the ipod is broken take it to an authorised apple dealer for a quote.
