A local occult shop if you can find one near you.Or a regular food store will have the herbs that you need, card store for candles.You could use an on line shop, but I wouldn't because you really never know what you are going to get.I'll buy books on line, but other than that I go out to the stores for anything I need.

Azuregreen.com is a good place to buy supplies from. Before buying anything though try to make some of your tools yourself. The wand can easily be made even by a beginner and will work much better because you put a lot of energy into making it.

You really don't need to spend a lot of money on tools for witchcraft. It is not the tools that make the craftsman. For a wand you can choose a fallen branch; for athame you can use a kitchen knife, etc.

The whole essense of the craft is to learn to focus and hone your own skills, the rest are just props to help this focus of energy.

Witchvox has a list of Canadian supply shops, as does wiccanweb.ca. I'm not sure what the policy on delivery is though for the stores. You'd have to ask them.
