Check out Mountain equipment co-op.(mec.ca) This is a Canadian cooperative formed and used by outdoor enthusiasts. Their products are great quality at very reasonable prices, and they will ship anywhere. I've been a member(cost-$5) for many years, and have never been disappointed.

if you want a total tech coat get an OAKLEY or a CLOUDVEIL they have to be some of the best coats out there
