If you want to buy online, you can go to Nonpareil Boutique.  They have a lot of NYX makeup at a cheap price.  If you want to buy it in the store, you can try Rite Aid or CVS.  I've never seen it in Walgreen's or Walmart, but you can try those as well.  You can also try some beauty supply stores.  They might have a small selection.

and NYX's websites should be pretty reliable. I know that some Rite Aid's carry this brand, as well as local Fred's discount stores, CVS, Walgreens, just wherever there's a wide variety of makeup sold. You could probably find some inexpensive lots on eBay as well, just keep an eye out.
