Best Buy and Walmart i think. They also sold some at Hot Topic.

The CD is out pretty much everywhere. I know best buy and Virgin Megastore has it for sure.

well if u live in america, you can get in really any store with CD's like: best buy, tower records, FYE, you know any of those big CD stores. I bought mine from FYE. every time i see a CD store i always go in and just ask if they have the TH scream CD and they always say yess.

Best Buy, Hot Topic, Itunes all have special versions or CD with bonus songs.

I think the one from Hot Topic has like Raise your hands and Scream live from NYC and a couple other ones.

I'm not sure what the bonus songs are for the other ones.

interpunk.com, smartpunk.com, hottopic.com, best buy, i-tunes, target. many others but these are the only ones i can think of. if you only want those two songs i recomend itunes cause it will be alot cheaper!! hope this helps!!
