  1. Holland and Barret, boots and most major supermarkets.

  2. The Original Family herb Tea Company

Check this site if you can't get it in local supermarket. They're all expanding their ranges of organic food these days, (thank goodness)

  3. MOST  decent health food shops should be able to help you

  4. Im sure all the major supermarkets sell organic and additive free products of most types.

  5. large supermarkets should sell this type of product

  6. The UK food guide and the Hyperactive Childrens Support Group recommend that these colours are not given to children, but you will find them in many kids foods and drinks. Some of the numbers have names which make them sound rather harmless; E155 or Chocolate Brown HT, sounds almost delicious until you discover that this colour, often found in chocolate cake, and chocolate cake mix, is derived from coal tar, is not recommended for consumption by children, and is banned in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States.
