any diet non drowsy will help you stay awake but why?  take b12 1000 mc timed release....they will avoid a hangover and keep you energized..non toxic water solluble you pee out the excess   wont work unless high dosage    i married a partying surgeon and a finally found out his secret..b12 stay away from the pep pills..i seriously damaged my liver by taking beans and non drowsy sudafed for 2 years not worth it  be yourself
