Where can i buy past seventeeen magazine issues?

You should be able to back order some issues on the site or maybe if your friends buy Seventeen, they might have that issue and no longer want it.

It depends on how far back you want the issues. eBay has some 60's issues and a lot of vintage covers, though I don't know about ordering from seventeen magazine. If anything check the library though, they keep past issues for however long and I think if you request it or make an inquiry they will help you. You won't be able to purchase them, but at least you'll be able to check them out.
