the way i found my ducks was i asked local farmers because usually they know what all the other farmers own and what they sell

Awww, I have had one for almost 5 years now and they make great pets, good 'gaurd ducks' too lol. I got mine from a local tractor supply plus store in the spring, so maybe look around in your area? I would not suggest however getting them from the internet if you have a heart for animals because I hear they come in boxes of 10 or so and some are already dead from shipping lack of food/water.
