is this for an experiment or are you making blood sasauge?

slaughter house is a good guess. but i would think you wouldn't want to eat it.. also it'probably diluted from washing the equipment and being on the drain floor etc.. i wouldn't want to eat it..

you can get powdered blood at certain meat shops and online..

i once worked with a woman doing research in hematology.  She just asked a local slaughter house to collect some for her, when she needed it.
