Any of the mail order parts guys like JEGS has parts for a 4.3

Should be the same as a CAR 4.3 internally, it's the same bore as a 350, but I don't know for sure.

i would recomend finding independent boat accesories  center  the pistons in a boat differ slightly and using standard engine parts for cars can be bad  cranks are the same but the pistons in some are lighter and slightly cupped for higher performance. marine parts source .com  is the best online source for information.
