For a small quantity such as you would need for your aquarium, try firstly your grocery/supermarket. It's in 1 litre packs. Secondly, try a pharmacy, but it will cost a bit more.

Thirdly, for a larger quantity, go to a stock and station agent- a company that sells farm supplies.
