From a farmer or agricultural engineer. It is illegal to use red diesel on any other than agricultural vehicles and certainly not on any vehicles used on the road.

Most Marinas sell it.

Or agricultural fuel distributor.

If you collect, the marina are limited to 5 gallons, and agri sellers will probably want your holders number.
