try foot locker or other sports stores they carry basketball shorts.

I cant tell if those are jersey material or jean material.

If they are jean material then try urban apparel stores.

You may have to buy plan jersey shorts and have someone professional apply the appropriate decor/patches

Believe me, all you have to do is go to EBAY the is about a million pairs of these shorts in every color and style you could ask for I even seen some with flames "pretty cool" just go to martial arts / clothing and youll find mre than you can choose from.
