Easily ebay. You will find really good prices and bargains there. Also check your local card, comic or department store for some.

TCG cards are the same price no matter where you go, unless the store is having a sale or the website charges shipping & tax.  If you're looking for specific cards the price will very widely as it is not corporate retail, but of course buying cards individually will be much more expensive.  The best way to get YGO cards is to steal them - theyre everywhere so it wont be too hard.

My son loves that and his Pokemon cards so I always look for the cheapest places for him...

Wal mart is always good, but you can also find some at dollar stores (we have a $2 shop here that sells them), or as always online.
